 Seller Agreements
 The purchase price of this puppy/dog will be refunded if the buyer furnishes the seller with a veterinary certificate indicating that the puppy/dog is unwell or unsound and returned within 4 days from delivery. The Seller will reimburse no veterinary or shipping costs.
 
The puppy/dog is healthy at the time of sale and has had immunizations enumerated in the attached health record.

One-Year Health Guarantee:

• This puppy is Guaranteed until one year of age against fatal and life altering congenital disease, which adversely affects the health of the animal. This includes severe hip dysplasia, which hampers a dog’s movement and natural gait and requires surgery to correct, kidney, heart, pancreas, spine, and liver problems of severe life threatening or altering nature. If the dog dies within. One year time frame the buyer will have to pay to have it autopsied to ascertain reason. If reason is congenital, the seller will replace the puppy.

• This guarantee does not include injuries, mites, coccidia, giardia, or any other intestinal parasites, as they are common in dogs and puppies. Undecended testicles, umbilical hernias or infertility is not covered by this guarantee. The breeder will not be responsible for parvovirus, distemper virus, or corona virus after 72 hours of the sale, as these are highly contagious diseases and can be contracted immediately after reception of the puppy. The breeder will not be held responsible for illness or health problems that are diagnosed after this time period except where stated in contract.

• All items covered under this guarantee are by replacement only. 

• Seller will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred. Buyer is aware that owning a puppy means trips to the veterinarian and understands that he/she will be responsible for all payments.

• A puppy with a defect must be returned or euthanized with the prior permission of the seller to qualify for a replacement puppy.

• A returned puppy must be returned to the seller in good condition, other than the specified problem, at the buyer’s expense. The owner will then qualify for a replacement puppy.

• NO replacement puppy will be given if the puppy has been bred or euthanized without the seller’s permission.

• There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental

factors, for example: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, and démodé tic mange that are not covered by this guarantee.

• Puppy is guaranteed for 72 hours against fatal viruses. This includes Parvo, Distemper, Corona, it does not cover Coccidiosis which are bacterial and nor life threatening. At no time will seller be responsible for any veterinarian bills except for those confirming defect or illness by their own veterinarian. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of diagnosis.

• Any physical problem, which is  the result of injury is not covered under this guarantee.

If at any time the buyer is unable to keep or care for the puppy/dog, it must be returned to the seller. The puppy/dog may only be transferred or sold by the buyer with written consent of the seller. 

The seller will endeavor to place any returned puppy/dog as advantageously as possible. If a purchase price is obtained for the puppy/dog, it will be refunded to the original buyer, less any costs of placement. If the puppy/dog is placed free of charge, no money will be returned to the original buyer. No veterinary or other costs of keeping the puppy/dog, or any other costs incurred by the buyer resulting from his/her ownership of the puppy/dog, will be paid by the seller to the original buyer of the puppy/dog under any circumstances.

 If the seller determines, that the puppy/dog is not suitably cared for, or that it has been mentally or physically mistreated, the seller has the right to take full possession of the dog. 

No other warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, are made under this contract except as stated above.

Buyer Agreements

The buyer agrees that if at any time, and for any reason, he/she is unable to keep or properly care for the puppy/dog, the seller must be notified in writing. The buyer’s understanding and acceptance of this condition is signified here by his/her initials: ___________ on _______(date)______.

 The buyer agrees to maintain the puppy/dog’s health with yearly vaccinations as specified by their veterinarian.

 Should the puppy/dog become ill or unsound, any and all costs of treatment will be the responsibility of the buyer.

 The buyer agrees to keep the puppy/dog in an appropriate lean weight to maximize the puppy/dog’s soundness and longevity.

 Special agreements pertaining to the purchase of this puppy/dog are listed below:

● Neutering/ Spay absolutely must be completed by 12 months of age. Proof of sterilization must be e-mailed to seller within 5 days of surgery.  Failure to provide spay/neuter before 12 months of age will result in forfeiture of the puppy. The puppy must be returned to the seller, at buyers expense.
